Hello there

i like many of you invested in this way back in 2004 , and had the usual visits to the site ( from the UK) and the usual silence. i too also received the court documents and i must admit many a time i felt that my money was gone , however this summer i chanced upon a article which i am glad to save lead me to receiving my deposit back - yes i had to pay a laywer but i would be willing to pass on any information i can to assist you. please post me a reply and contact.

regards and keep up the hope

Mark

Hi there

Would really like to hear how you obtained your deposit back. We are a family in Uk who foolishly invested in TDS back in 2005. Just cannot afford ot lose that money. Please email me at sab@measombrown.co.uk

Many thanks

This guy is a troll. Everyone knows from the court filling that ALG were left with nothing. The cant pay their secured creditors let alone the unsecured creditors. People like him should be giving people false hope.

Mark

Is this true - that you did not really get deposit back. If you did, when was this and who was the attorney you used. Who paid it if ALG have no funds..

Thanks Melwil for your concern, hope you are not right...but hopefully Mark will clarify for us all...

As clarified on my post elsewhere on the forum, Mark was fortunate enough not to have his contract pre-ticked on the escrow waiver clause, meaning his money was in an escrow account , not in ALG and could be recovered.
